We want you to love our stuff as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it. All you have to do is fill out this form and send us the item you wish to return or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.
Before returning any items, please note
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
All "Sale" items sales are final.

How to Return or Exchange Items in 3 Simple Steps
Please complete the return form and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
Remember to indicate the order number and reason for return.
Send us the items in the original box (or a different box, as long as it's unmarked) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Woodpoint & Kingsland is not responsible for lost shipments.

If you request a refund
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
